To the players who would like to report on any players found violating Player rules, please post in this format.
1. IGN of violator (make sure the I's and L's are correctly entered)
2. Venue of incident
3. Evidence in video/picture format. Eg. Youtube, Imageshack, cubeupload, etc.
4. Enter in anything that you're suspicious of. (example. I'm suspicous of IGN for hacking)
